That's exactly what we're looking for. Small, genuine steps count just as much as big ones - you don't need a big, polished initiative to take part.

Planet is about the environment - waste, materials, resources. People is about how you treat your staff, customers and community. Responsible Business is about how honestly and thoughtfully you run things day to day. We walk you through each one with real examples right at the start, so you'll know exactly what we mean before you begin.

Not at all - choose whichever ones genuinely feel like you. There's no penalty for leaving one out.

No - there's no login or account needed. You complete your entry in one sitting, and we'll show you your progress the whole way through.

Yes - since there's no account to log back into, the form is designed to be completed in one sitting. It takes about 15-20 minutes, and we'll always show you how far along you are. If something urgent comes up and you can't finish, don't worry - we'll have your contact details from Step 1, and we'll reach out to help you complete it before the 30 September 2026 deadline.

Simple, honest proof - a photo, a receipt, a screenshot, a short testimonial. Nothing fancy, no professional reports or certificates needed.

Because it's actually easier for you. A shared link is a live folder - you can keep adding to it right up until registration closes, without coming back to this form. You're only giving us view-and-download access to that one folder, never to your account or anything else, and you can remove that access once the Awards are done.

That's completely fine, and completely normal. Most businesses taking part won't have these, and they're not required.

Once submitted, your entry is locked - this keeps things fair for everyone and on schedule. So take your time and have a good read through before you send it in.

Sandbox opportunities depend on a good match - we can't promise them to every business, but we'll always let you know where you stand.

Only what you're comfortable with. What you share is used for award assessment only, and confidential information stays that way unless you say otherwise. If you're selected and we'd love to feature your story, we'll always ask first.

We'll check your entry is complete, our judging panel will review it with care, and results will be announced progressively from 19 October 2026. We'll keep you updated by email at each stage - no need to log in anywhere to check.
